To speak about Midgard Spirits is to speak about our general manager and founder, Paul Brennan Ontiveros, a versatile entrepreneur with a lot of experience in different
business. Being Spaniard with British origins, he was living in Chicago at the age of 25, where he learnt to love Blues, "stuff pizza" and Bourbon.
After this baggage of such interesting experiences it was just a question of time to express them in a new idea.
Everything started back in 2015, looking for new ideas, new products that didn't exist in the market or just in a first stage of development.
Then we realized there was a market niche almost new: Bourbon cream liquor. In other words, to repeat the successful experience of Baileys but based on American Bourbon instead of Irish Whisky.
The final result: Bourbon Deli
New flavours for new times. Our aim is to innovate, and we are to launch saveral new products,
all of them very special, with features that will make them unique in the market.
Innovation, investigation, pure Alchemy. We've always somehow been alchemists looking for new formulae,
new mixtures to summit our efforts. New beverages are not based in chemistry but first of all
in a strong imagination and secondly in special skills and habilities to use basic products, spices and herbs, all of it
based in the infatigable research of new flavours.
